LAST DAY to Sign the Pro-Life Constitutional Amendment Petition
Written by Fr. Alan B. Maria on November 22, 2017
In 1981, a Massachusetts court decided that if taxpayers had to help mothers get prenatal care, they would also have to help mothers get abortions.
Since then, taxpayers have funded abortions, whether they agree with abortion or not. This petition aims to amend the constitution to say that Find a location near you where you can add your name to the petition to state: “Nothing in this constitution requires the public funding of abortion.”
The legal procedure to introduce this issue into the legislature requires residents’ signatures to be validated by a clerk in their hometown.
